Have no clue about what's causing it. I thought it could be Windows Defender, but I disabled it and still nothing. I don't have any Antivirus yet.
Due my failure I tried differents iconpacks unistalling the previous one and rebooting first , but none of them works. I use this very same iconpack in my old laptop windows version , I think.
Can't remember now. I used this when my windows was , and after update to the icons restored to original. Do I need to shut down my antivirus soft or not when I try to install it? I hope you find an answer.
